  FLASH ASSISTANT is live chat and voice communication system. It makes it possible for your support team to interact with visitors and solve their problems on time.

Customers can reach the chat module simply by clicking on the chat button in your site.
Visitors can initiate chat with operator by filling in user name and typing a question. The chat request is submitted to your support team and they will receive a chat request notification immediately.

If  no operators are available on-line, the questions sent by the customers will be collected and displayed in the Flash Assistant web site.

You and the operators defined as site support can preview all questions saved in the Flash Assistant web site. The client, when submitting a question, can fill in an e-mail address to receive the answer.

Each operator can initiate chat conversation with any customer browsing your site. The operator’s invitation will be shown as dialog box – asking if your client needs any detailed information or help.

The operators are able to monitor the site customers – which pages they have browsed and which page they are viewing in each moment. That information is supported by automatic updates.

If your customers prefer easier voice communication - they can download the Voice Assistant tool directly from the chat application. A wizard will guide them through a short installation. Once installed, the customers can use the tool to communicate only with your site support. The customers don’t have to start the program itself – the Voice Assistant tool will start automatically when they click on the Call link.
